First response Mixed Martial Arts and Behring Jiu-Jitsu's program is rooted in the fundamental self-defense principles established by Grandmaster Flavio Behring. As a direct Student of BJJ's founder, Grandmaster Helio Gracie, Behring's expertise is unparalleled. His teachings have been passed down through generations, and First response Mixed Martial Arts and Behring Jiu-Jitsu is proud to continue this legacy.

All Behring Jiu-Jitsu Black Belts are directly certified by Grandmaster Behring and the Behring Jiu-Jitsu council. This ensures that students receive authentic instruction from those who have personally trained under Behring himself.
